The founder of the law firm
He assisted national and multinational companies in the field of chemical industry, finance, fashion and luxury, utilities and commercial distribution. He was a continued consultant in the stock market for important category associations, financial intermediaries and issuers of financial instruments in the financial and banking sector about the free circulation of capital within the EU.
He took part in several major litigations before the Community Courts, national and international administrative bodies dealing with financial, competition and industrial property law.
For four decades he advocated clients before the National and the EU Supreme Courts; he took part in important national disputes representing outstanding pharmaceutical, financial, retail and fashion companies.
He also dealt with various cases concerning the liability of lawyers, directors, auditors, brokers, financial advisors, administrative supervisors and carried out defensive tasks before the Court of Auditors for revenue liability.
He lectured at several conferences about competition law, the free circulation of goods and capital; he published several essays in the field the free circulation of goods, intellectual property, competition, credit and finance.
