Founded in 1967 by the lawyer Giuseppe Celona – former student of Prof. Alberto Trabucchi and Prof. Giorgio Oppo and acting attorney at the law firm of Prof. Remo Franceschelli – the firm offers a wide range of legal services specialising in: counseling, negotiation support, pre litigation and court advocacy in the field of Civil Law and liability, enterprise law, corporate and banking law , stock markets, financial markets , intellectual property (trademarks and patents) and competition law, accounting, tax and Customs law, with particular reference to the European Union law.

It provides continued counseling to private clients as well as businesses and companies operating in Italy, in the EU or at a multinational level worldwide. It takes part, represents and assists its clients in different commercial or financial transnational agreements and arbitration.

It defends clients in domestic disputes before all courts and in several competition-related disputes in the EU, anti-dumping, intellectual property law and the free circulation of goods and capital, enterprise law. It also advocates clients before several administrative authorities (EU Committee, OHIM), the higher courts and the national courts of the European Union (EU Court of First Instance and the Court of Justice of the European Union).
